F.O. Controlled Systems
The F.O., in their isolation, expanded out in the opposite direction as the Oasis network. They chose to leave their systems unregistered in order to hide their advancements. These systems under their control are marked with red dots on the map to the left.
Please scroll down for a more detailed look at the system!
FO CONTROLLED SYSTEMS
Map Key #: A
Description:
Duo, latin for two, is the name of the first system to be discovered by the FO, and claimed in their name. Since the system split after the war, Inner Sol had needed to find a new source of Silicon to create Hes fuel cubes. They found it on a planet they called Cibus. There are other planets in this system ripe for terraformation, but with limited resources, those most beneficial must be prioritized.
Cibus
A Silicon-rich planet, Cibus was chosen in the first system for settlement outside of Sol by the FO. It was to be their source of Hes now that they were banished from the Kuiper belt. Unable to terraform without destroying what they came there for, they set up Terradomes and founded a mining and processing colony named Epulum.
Epulum (Capital)
The mining and processing colony named Epulum was established to process Silicon, combined with Helium 3 shipments to create Hes Cubes. It is then shipped up to the station orbiting the planet for pick up.
Motus Station
A single station orbiting the planet was established to receive shipments of Helium 3, and send shipments of Hes Fuel Cubes back to Sol.
Unmapped Moon
The moon of Epulum, of no use to the FO, was never named.
Map Key #: B
Description:
Tribus, latin for three, is the name of the second system to be discovered by the FO, and claimed in their name. Since the system split after the war, Inner Sol had needed to find a new source of liquid water. They found it on a planet they called Unda. There are other planets in this system ripe for terraformation, but with limited resources, those most beneficial must be prioritized.
Unda
An H2O-rich planet, Unda was chosen in the second system for settlement outside of Sol by the FO. It was to be their supplemental source of liquid water now that they were banished from the Outer Sol System.
Tantam (Capital)
The mining and processing colony named Tantam was established to process and filter the liquid water. It is then shipped up to the station orbiting the planet for pick up.
Defluo Station
A single station orbiting the planet was established to receive processed water from the surface of Unda and prepare it for shipping back to the Sol System.
System #: C
Description:
Quattuor, latin for four, is the name of the third system to be discovered by the FO, and claimed in their name. Since the system split after the war, Inner Sol had needed to find a new source of lead. They found it on a planet they called Pondus. There are other planets in this system ripe for terraformation, but with limited resources, those most beneficial must be prioritized.
Pondus
A lead-rich planet, Pondus was chosen in the third system for settlement outside of Sol by the FO. It was to be their source of lead for gravity containment fields now that they were banished from the Outer Sol System.
Temero (Capital)
The mining and processing colony named Temero was established to process lead. It is then shipped up to the station orbiting the planet for pick up.
Lorem Station
A single station orbiting the planet was established to receive processed lead from the surface of Pondus and prepare it for shipping back to the Sol System.
System #: D
Description:
Quinque, latin for five, is the name of the fourth system to be discovered by the FO, and claimed in their name. It was the final system they could jump to before running out of resources to continue exploration. Any further system jumps were put on hold indefinitely. When the FO reached this system they had hoped it would be abundant in many resources it desperately needed, but turned out to be baron. The only planet of note was a snowy world locked in constant blizzard with an oxygen rich atmosphere they called Glacies. The FO decided to keep Quinque a secret to even their own public. The Stranger HQ was moved here and all data stolen from Outer Sol and beyond was processed and studied here.
Glacies
A world locked in a constant state of blizzard with an oxygen rich atmosphere, Glacies was the perfect world to set up a secret training and operations base for the Stranger network. It was also where all data collected from Outer Sol and beyond was cataloged and studied.
STO Base
The STO (Stranger Training and Operations) Base was established on Glacies shortly after the planet's discovery. It was used to train new and veteran Strangers, and process all data collected from Outer Sol and beyond.
Inruo Station
A single station orbiting the planet was established to act as a mission staging point for the Strangers, and a receiving station for shipments of physical items lifted from Outer Sol and beyond.
Unmapped Moon
The moon of Glacies, of no use to the FO, was never named.
Unmapped Moon
The moon of Glacies, of no use to the FO, was never named.
